Do you have a Showroom?
We have a small working showroom in Hampton Court, Surrey. We also have access to various manufacturers’ showrooms which are based in Clerkenwell (North London) and the surrounding areas.

What is the expected lead time?
We do not hold any stock; however the lead time can depend on the range you are looking at. The majority of ranges we can usually get within 2-3 weeks, but some executive ranges and bespoke furniture are often closer to 4-6 weeks.

Do prices include delivery and installation?
Our prices do not include delivery and installation. For most ranges we can organise a direct delivery if you prefer, but we strongly advise that the furniture is built by an expert. The price for TAG Office to deliver and install your furniture would depend on quantity of furniture purchased and your location.

How can I pay for the products?
You can pay for the furniture using BACS (bank transfer), unfortunately we do not take cards at this time. Payment terms are to pay 50% of the amount on the date that you place the order and the remaining balance is to be paid within 7 days prior to delivery. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds.

What are the different bands of fabric?
Fabric finishes are usually measured in “bands” which is a way of rating the finish of the fabric by quality and durability. Band “A” fabric would usually describe the cheapest option available. It is also worth noting that bands can be different for various manufacturers; for example leather upholstery might be classed as “Band C” for one manufacturer but as “Band D” for another.

What are the different shapes of desk?
Many of our desk ranges come in a large selection of shapes, which can be a little confusing if you are not familiar with them. The image below should hopefully help in showing the various desk shapes which are available from TAG office.
